Thank you very much for your trust in kieffer quality products.
For
the rare, but sometimes inevitable circumstance of a complaint about a
kieffer product please first contact your local kieffer retailer. They
will be happy to help you with necessary replacement or repairs and
handle them on your behalf.
kieffer will then check your
complaint very carefully and should it be a matter of in material
defect or fault in processing kieffer will replace the product for free
as a matter of course.
We are always very anxious to avoid any
mistakes, but producing a very high ammont of equestrian products it is
unfortunately sometimes inevitable.
