Repairs
Any service work on kieffer products is usually handled by the authorized kieffer dealer. A list of authorized kieffer dealers can be requested here if unavailable. Repairs on your kieffer saddle can also be carried out at your qualified kieffer dealer.

Optionally, you are welcome to return your saddle for service work directly to the kieffer plant:

Complaints
We are committed to providing top quality to our customers. In view of the large number or products sold every day, however, it is unavoidable that rare cases of complaint may occur. Therefore, if you should have a claim, please consult your kieffer dealer first. He will help you with the required repair work or a replacement product and handle these for you.

Your complaint will of course be looked into and, should it turn out to be a material or manufacturing fault, the product replaced free of charge.
