Finding the right saddle is not easy. Only when the anatomy and movement of horse and rider are in harmony can the ideal riding experience be achieved – with greater comfort, balance and performance. We now offer a new service for simple, risk-free selection and assessment: take advantage of our test saddles to make your decision to purchase a Kieffer saddle easier.

A two-week trial period allows you to get an accurate impression of the fit and comfort of the saddle. The trial saddle is purely for testing purposes and is not for sale, but it may be ridden. There are no usage or rental fees for the trial period, which can only be taken advantage of in conjunction with a Kieffer saddle partner – only postage costs apply.

HOW IT WORKS

1 – Selection

You can select up to two saddle models from our range and test them for two whole weeks. When making your preliminary selection, the choice of saddle tree is crucial. Our saddles are available in two continuously adjustable saddle tree variations for differently shaped horse backs.

TIP: If you are unsure about which saddle tree to choose, you can order two saddles with different trees and test them out.

2 – Testing

We will send you your selection of saddles, and you will have a full two weeks to test the saddle and get a clear picture of how the horse, saddle and rider interact. This also means that adjustments can be made to the saddle, such as individual changes to the chamber width and padding. Subsequent test riding is recommended to get an impression of the saddle's fit in motion and how it feels to sit on. We are convinced that our test saddle service offers considerable added value when it comes to selection, evaluation and purchasing decisions.

3 – Returns

After two weeks, the item must be returned. The return label is included for customers within Germany. The only costs incurred are the postage costs of EUR 30, which we will invoice after the trial period.

Unfortunately, we cannot include a return label for customers outside Germany, and returns must be organised and postaged independently. In this case, there are no additional fees other than the postage costs.
